Ingredients
Redgram Dhal – ¼ cup
Urad Dhal – ¼ cup
Dhania (Coriander Seeds) – ¾ cup
Red Chillies (Long) – around 30 nos
Mustard – ½ tsp
Methi seeds – ½ tsp
Method
Fry each one separately with little oil. Add little asafotedia while frying.
Allow it to cool it and powder it.
