- Red Gram Dhal - 1/4 cup
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Red chillies - 4 or 5
- Garlic pods - 4
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat oil in a kadai fry dhal and red chillies till it changes color. Be careful that you dont burn it.
- To this add coconut, and garlic pods and grind to a coarse paste. Add water as needed.
- Season it and serve with rice.
