Ingridients
- Drumstick – 4 cut into 2 inch long sticks
- Tumeric powder – a pinch
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp or according to taste
- Salt to taste
- Jeera – 3 tsp
- Coconut scraped – half a cup
For Seasoning
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Mustard – ½ tsp
- Urad Dal – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Boil 1 – 4 until the drumstick is tender
- Grinf 5 and 6 to paste
- Heat oil in a kadai – frist add 2 the n3 and then 4 from seasoning
- To this add the coconut mixture and in high flame fry for 2 minute then add the drumstick and mix well and cook for 5 min .
- Can be served with rice or chappathi
