Ingredients
Coconut - 1/2 grated
Bengal Gram Dhal - One handfull
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 4 or 5
Salt
Since coconut is used it has a shorter shelf life.... Make a quick use of it.

- Fry dhal, cumin seeds and red chillies with little oil.
- Add salt and powder the fried ones
- Then add in the grated coconut and grind to fine powder
- In a heavy bottom kadai, add little oil, season with mustard, jeera and curry leaves. Add the powder and fry well till it leaves good aroma and moisture is left.
- Store in air tight containers.
- Can serve for plain hot rice.........
