Milk - 500 ml
Aval (Poha) - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 6 to 7 Tbsp (Alter according to ur preference)
Cardamom - 2
Cashew - few

- Fry aval in a dry kadai slightly. Wash well and cook it
- Boil milk. To this add cooked aval, cardamom and sugar.
- Boil it stirring in between till the milk thickens.
- Remove from fire and garnish with cashews fried in little ghee.
