Urad Dhal - 2 cups
Cabbage - 1/4 kg chopped finely
Onion - 1/4 Kg chopped finely
Green Chillies - 4 chopped finely
Salt
Oil for deep frying
Method
Soak Dhal for 1 hour and grind it coarsely. It shouldn not be smooth. Dhal pieces should be slightly visible.
Mix chopped veggies and salt.
Heat oil. Make patties from the batter and deep fry them.
Serve hot with Chilli garlic powder.
