Rava / Sooji - 1 cup
Dehusked Green Gram Dhal - 0.25 cup
Water - 3.75 cups

Ghee - 6 to 7 tbsp

Pepper, Cashew, Jeera, Curry Leaves, Ginger

- Cook dhal 3/4th and keep it aside
- In a kadai, add Ghee and do the seasoning. Then add water and salt.
- Once it boils well, add dhal and mix well.
- Add rava slowly and keep stirring simultaneously. (It prevents lumps)
- Add oil as needed. Mix well and continue till sooji is cooked.
- Once done, serve hot with coconut chutney
