Tomato Paneer Curry


Tomato - 1/4 Kg
Fresh Paneer - Made from 1/2 litre milk
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Onion - 1 (Optional)
Ginger - 1/4 inch piece
  1. Chop tomatoes and onion into small pieces.
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan, add little oil, chopped green chillies and ginger and fry for few seconds.
  3. Add in onions and fry till transparent. Then add in the tomatoes and continue frying
  4. Add the powder and fry till tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Then add crumbled paneer and mix well.
  6. Add required water and boil it. Check consistency and remove from fire.
