- Grind the chutney ingredients to thick paste.
- In the batter prepared for the aloo bonda, dip green chilly and deep fry them. Keep it separately.
- Cut in bun in the middle. Apply the chutney in the middle of the pav. Place one hot aloo bonda in the middle.
- Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney and fried green chilly.
