Ingredients:
1. Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 bunches, torn into bite size pieces
2. Onion- 1 , cut into slim half rings
3. Juice of 1/2 a lemon
4. Feta cheese- 100 gm
Procedure:
1. Place the torn coriander leaves in a large serving plate
2. Spread the onions over these leaves
3. Now, crumble the feta cheese over the onion-leave mixture
4. Add in the juice of the lemon.
5. Mix thoroughly with your fingers.
SERVE!!
