Achaari Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:
  1. Paneer - 200 gm, cubed
  2. Kasuri methi - 2 tbspns
  3. Dry mango powder - 1 tspn
  4. red chilli powder - 1 tspn
  5. green chillies - 3-4 tiny ones (these are spicy! )
  6. garlic pods - 7-8
  7. ginger - 1/2 inch
  8. salt
  9. Yogurt - 3 tspns
  10. corn flour - 2 tspns


Procedure:



  1. Add all the ingredients, except the paneer and yogurt to a blender and blend till it is a soft paste.
  2. Add in the yogurt and mix well.
  3. Now add the cubed paneer and coat the cubes with the mixture.
  4. Marinate the cubes int his mixture, for about 1/2 hr.
  5. At this stage, preheat the oven @ 230C, for about 10 min (grill mode)
  6. Skew paneer on a greased tray and grill for about 20 min, till it is cooked.
Serve hot as a starter, side or main!
