Corn Capsicum Curry

Time taken : 15-20 mins
Baby corn cut into long pieces : 10 pieces
Capsicum cut into long pieces :1
Onion chopped into long pieces :1
Tomato chopped into long pieces :1
Oil for shallow fry
Chilli powder
Dhaniya powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
Salt to taste

1.Take nonstick kadai and take oil in it. Shallow fry baby corn and capsicum.
2.Now add onion saute till they are golden brown. Add tomato to it and fry for minute.
3.Add corn and capsicum. Add all masala and add salt to taste.
4.Add little bit of water to make required consistency. Cook in low flame for 5 mins with lid. Serve hot with chapathi.
