Spaghetti in White sauce

  1. Boiled veggie’s of your choice
  2. 1 onion
  3. Spaghetti
  4. ½ pkt cream
  5. 2tsp Maida
  6. Milk
  7. 1 tsp oregano
  8. chilli flakes (optional)
  9. olive oil
  10. salt to taste
  • Boil spaghetti in hot water.
  • Once cooked drain it and mix 2 tsp olive oil so that the spaghetti don’t stick together. Set aside
  • In a pan pour 2 tsp olive oil and sauté onion and boiled veggie set aside.
  • In another pan pour half a glass of milk, cream, maida, salt and oregano and make it into a thick sauce like consistency.
  • Mix the white sauce, spaghetti and finally the stir fried veggie.
  • Add salt according to taste
  • If you want it spicy you can add chilli flakes
