Ingredient:
Paneer - 200gms
Onion - 1 double finely choppped
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Kasuri methi - 2tsp
Malai or thick cream - 2tpbs
Butter - 5tsp
Cardamom - 3-4
Bay leaves - 2
Chilli pwd
Coriander pwd
Turmeric pwd
Garam masala pwd
Salt
Method:
1.Heat Butter in heavy bottom kadai. Add cardamom(as a whole) n bay leaves.
2.Add chopped onion n saute till it turns golden brown.
3.Add Chopped tomato and saute for 2-3 minute.
4.Add all masala pwd,salt and kasuri methi.Saute for a minute.
5.Cut paneer in cubes. Add paneer to this masala.
6.Add water as per required consistency and add cream or malai.
7.close lid n cook for about 10 mins so that aroma gets into paneer.
8.Garnish it with butter or cream. Serve hot with chapathi.
