Yellow Dal Fry

Ingredient:

Dhuli moong dal(pasi parappu/dehusked green gram dhal)
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Green chilli -2 finely chopped
Jeera - 2 tsp
Garlic - 12-15 cloves
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves

Method:
1.Pressure cook Dal for 5 whistle.It should be well cooked.
2.Take heavy bottom kadai and put ghee.put jeera and green chiily and curry leaves
3.Add Garlic, onion and saute till onion turns golden brown.
4.Add tomato and saute for 2 minutes
5.Add cooked Dal.Add water to make consistency as per requirement.
6.Add turmeric powder and salt.cook for about 2 minute.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
