Methi Dhal Fry

Ingredients
Methi Leaves - 2 small bunches
Thaur Dhal - 1/4 cup
Salt
Oil
Seasoning  - Mustard, Jeera, Red Chilli

  1. Chop methi leaves finely
  2. Pressure cook dhal.
  3. In a kadai, add little oil and the seasonings. Then add the chopped greens and cooked dhal.
  4. Add in salt and mix well.
  5. Keep stirring in between and add in oil when necessary till the mixture is cooked well and becomes dry.
 This dhal fry goes well with rice... One of the dishses which my son likes to have...
