Methi Leaves - 2 small bunches
Thaur Dhal - 1/4 cup

Seasoning - Mustard, Jeera, Red Chilli

- Chop methi leaves finely
- Pressure cook dhal.
- In a kadai, add little oil and the seasonings. Then add the chopped greens and cooked dhal.
- Add in salt and mix well.
- Keep stirring in between and add in oil when necessary till the mixture is cooked well and becomes dry.
