Lemon Capsi Fried Rice

Capsicum is rich in Vitamins A and C. Regular consumption of capsicum will improve digestion & will help our body to fight against obesity.
Cooked Rice – 2 cup
Lemon – 1 (take juice from 1 lemon)
Capsicum – 1 big size (cut into bite size pieces)

For seasoning:
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.
Channa Dhal –1 tsp.
Curry leaves – few
Onion – 1 (cut into thin slices)
Turmierc – ½ tsp.
Salt – as per taste
Oil – as per requirement


1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, channa dhal & curry leaves, when it’s done add onions and fry till its become transparent.
2. Now add capsicum, turmeric powder and fry for 3-5 mintues.
3. Then add lemon juice and salt fry for a while. Now switch off the stove.
4. Mix rice with this and have it with potato chips or any of your favorite crunchy snacks.
