Kambu flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tspoon (optional)
Coconut scrappings - 2 tspoon
salt - to taste
For seasoning:
Mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilles, onion (optional)
Method
Mix Rice, Kambu flour and salt sprinkling with little water. Steam it for 15 mintues. After removing from steam do seasoning.
