- Ripe Peaches - 100 gm, cubed
- Creme' Fresh - 100 ml
- White Chocolate - 50 gm
- Butter - 25 gm
Procedure:
- Melt the white chocolate, and keep aside.
- Beat your fresh cream till thick and glossy and now add in the melted white chocolate
- Mix till it combines
- Now add in the cubed peaches and mix in throughly
Store in the fridge for about 1/2 hr, by the time which the mixture would have set.
Serve Cold!!
