- Remove the stalk. Slit the brinjals in the middle.
- (One end of the brinjal should be intact.)
- In a kadai, add few spoons of oil. Once hot, add the slit brinjals and fry them.
- Once the skin changes colour and brinjal is cooked, transfer it into a bowl.
- Mix salt and chilli powder together in a small cup.
- Apply the chilli powder inside the brinjals according to your taste. Be cautious that one end is intact.
This tastes yummy with hot rice and ghee......
