Apples – the chinese ones cut into cubes (optional:left in lemon juice)
banana – ½ , cut into cubes
Strawberries – 6-8, hulled and cut into cubes
papaya - ½ – cut into same size cubes as the other fruits
Maple Syrup – 2 tspns
Fresh Cream/Milk – 1 tspn
Flaked almonds – a handful
In a mixing bowl, toss in all the fruits
in another bowl, mix up the maple syrup and milk/cream and make a liquid.
Pour this on the fruits.
Garnish with flaked almonds.
