Bread Upma

Bread - 15 slices
Onion - 1 Big
Tomato - 1
Tamarind Extract - From small gooseberry sized
Sambhar Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt

Cut onion and tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut bread into small cubes (around two inch size)
In a kadai, season with mustard, curry leaves and fry onion till transparent.
Add in the tomatoes and fry well.
To this add tamarind extract, salt and sambhar powder.
Stir well and let it boil to form a thick paste.
Add in the bread pieces and mix well so that it gets coated well.
Serve hot when done.
