Ingredients
- Beetroot-1
- Chillies (red/green)- 2 or 3
- Garlic --3-4 pieces
- Ginger-- 2-3 pieces
- Small onion -4
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Wheat flour
- Grate the beetroot and cook in the pressure cooker for one whistle
- Take chillies, garlic, ginger, small onion and grind it into paste in mixie
- Just fry the above said paste in oil till the raw smell goes
- Then add cooked beetroot, turmeric powder and salt to the paste. Smash the beetroot well
- Add the final mixture with the wheat flour and make it into dough suitable for chappathi. ( oil can be added to the dough mixture if required)
- Side dish: Kurma, tomato and onion mix
Note: Along with beetroot u can add grated carrot and potato
