Potato Stew

Ingredients
  1. Boiled potato diced into cubes  - 2 large size
  2. Coconut Milk  - 1 tumbler thick , 1 tumbler diluted
  3. Onion – finely diced
  4. Jeera powder – ¼ tsp
  5. Green Chilli – 2 slit in Half
  6. Pepper  - 1 tsp [ According to taste ]
  7. Salt to taste

For Seasoning
  1. Curry leaves
  2. Coconut Oil


Method
  1. In a Pan heat oil and fry the curry leaves and Chilli.
  2. Add the onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  3. Pour the coconut milk, add 1/4 water 
  4. Add jeera powder, salt and pepper let it boil.
  5. Add the potato cubes and let the stew simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Can be served with puttu or idiyappam
